that's fine, we did meet the issue too, so it is hard to debug. maybe the port or the specific unit is abnormal...if it only happens on ONE unit, you can reset to factory default I think
Hmm it might just have been my terminal. Yesterday it completely froze up when I tried to unlock my VDI after I'd been away for a while and I had to cut the power. After this, I have not been able to reproduce (previously it was on every boot without exception). I never saw this error on the 7.1.x builds, it was only on 8.0_033 - to answer the second question. I have upgraded a collegues terminal with the BETA version. I was not able to reproduce the problem on his terminal.
1. With Beta Build 8.0.033, is this issue can reproduce? did you change other USB ports or terminals? 2. Do the device work with Beta build before, or 7.1.X build?

We have a similar type “Jabra Pro 9450”, it’s OK.
