Wyse V10LE - Roaming between wireless access points
We have deployed several Wyse V10LE devices on mobile carts. The WAPs (Aruba AP-105) are not releasing the wireless association between points. The Wyse device ends up holding onto WAP info until signal is too weak to continue. The RDP session on the Wyse device drops and picks up new WAP association upon reconnect. Issue is, this dis-connect and reconnect will usually take approximately 2-3 minutes to complete. It is unacceptable to end users. Is anyone aware of a Wyse wireless config utility that would adjust for aggressiveness or allow "roaming" setting for wireless connectivity?

Hi Randy,
We're deploying Wyse devices on mobile carts too, in a majot healthcare organization and have the same problem with roaming AP to AP. Did you ever find a solution to your problems? if so would you miond sharing it?

Check out the INI Reference guide in the knowledge base, there is an INI parameter for wireless roaming sensitivity:
Device=Wireless
[Mode={Infrastructure, AdHoc}]
[SSID=ssid Channel={1-14}]
[WepKey={None, 1-4}]
..................
[RoamSensitive={high, medium, low}]
