S30 wnos.ini config does not seem to do anything

Greetings and Salutations Everyone.

I am relatively new to WYSE terminals in general. I am trying to get the wnos.ini config to work.
I have go ahead and created the 161 pointer on my DHCP server - and created an FTP server that allows for anonymous login and placed the wnos.ini file in under c:\Inetpub\ftproot\wyse\wnos\ and even used the Configuration Generator.exe from Thomas Meollerbernd to create the wnos.ini file. However that as far as I get. The WYSE terminal does seems to be affected at all. What am I missing? If there is a different spot for me to post this please do let me know. Thanks.
