I have just received the Dell WYSE 3000 desktop Thin Client.
I have the same problem, neither the User or Administrator passwords work. Please don't tell me I have to re image a new device. I haven't changed anything so why don't the default passwords "Wyse#123" work???

Then you will have to re-image your TC.

Try "DellCCCvdi" as the password

To get to the Administrator account:
go to start
On the keyboard, press and hold the shift key
Press the Logoff option
Wait until the two user icons appear
Select the Administrator
Enter the password "Wyse#123"
Open the control panel and select the WinLog app to change the user.

same issue here in 2021.Fireport was my password
