Hello All,

I do have the same problem on a D90d7.
I've tried 3 different packages without success.

From d90d7 download section there isn't any compatibility package...

So who do I upgrade it?

Thanks

+1 Getting the exact same thing now. 8Gb USB key, Z90S7, pretty much the exact same setup and same error.

Things that would help to know:
1- Include the current firmware that is currently installed on your client.
2- What firmware version are you trying to install
3- What file are you trying to download
4- What is the filename you are trying to import with the USB Firmware Tool.

From what firmware version are you upgrading from? You may need to install the Compatibility Kit first. Look in the Downloads section for the Z90S7/Z90D7/Z90DE7 under "Archive" for the "2nd Gen Compatibility Kit"

OK,

I've redownload everything and I've been able to make it install.

Thanks for your support.
