P25: Disabling Alt+F* Functions

Hello WYSE Community, I need your help.

In my workplace, we use a MO organizing program called FourthShift. FourthShift cannot be registered as a WYSE service, so we have resorted to using RDP and opening FourthShift in a Virtual Machine. The problem here is, FourthShift users rely heavily on using Alt functions (Alt+F10) to speed up the MO process but WYSE already uses the Alt functions for other purposes (zoom, etc.) I had a frustrating chat with Dell support earlier in which they told me these functions could simply not be turned off.
So WYSE community, is there any way to turn off these Alt functions? Or maybe have RDP override the WYSE Alt functions?
