Access Denied on Support Page

Question

When I go to the Support Page for my XPS 8930. I get Access Denied.  This has happened for a few days.

I have no trouble viewing my 8930 support page just now.  perhaps clear all cookies and history of your browser and try again, or use a different computer to access support via your service tag.

Are you trying to get the XPS 8930 support page using your Service Tag, or just entering XPS 8930 in the 'Identify' box? Have you tried a different browser?

I cleared out the cache and it worked. Now I just have to reset everything.

Banks and all and such high security these days I have to reset it get a code with my phone. I am just scared I will get locked out. It happened before.

If I type in Dell XPS 8930 it goes to the XPS 8930 Support Page. If I use my service tag it gives the error.

I know it does work with google chrome. Maybe I will try clearing the cache. I just don't like doing that it resets everything like bank login ETC.

@redxps630  Your solution did work yesterday. But today it is doing it again. I could not have to clear the cache every day.

why not use Microsoft edge to access xps8930 Dell support?

No problems accessing the XPS 8930 support page today, entering either my service tag or "XPS 8930" in the search box using Firefox/Win 10.

If you have any add-ins (extensions) running in Edge, try disabling them.
