Dell XPS 8930 - Upgrading PSU

Hello,

I currently own the XPS 8930 for half a year now and would like to upgrade my PSU as my PC seems to just randomly turn off due to lack of power.

My current basic specs are as follows:

i7-9700 @ 3ghz

rtx 2060

RAM 16gb

HDD 2TB

SDD 500gb

PSU: 450W

I was wondering if anyone is able to answer if I am able to swap out my current 450w with a 750w, such as the corsair RM750x.

Great answer in first reply already.  one of those threads reported RM650i fits 8930 perfectly.

I notice that the 2nd Thread has used the "Seasonic Focus Plus Gold" Range, which has slightly smaller dimensions:-

140 mm (L) x 150 mm (W) x 86 mm (H)

@Anonymous

I have no personal experience of either of the mentioned PSUs, but did notice that the "Seasonic Focus Plus Gold" was modular as well!

However, since the XPS 8930 is quite crowded, I had wondered whether the "Seasonic Focus Plus Gold" would be a slightly better option simply because it was slightly smaller and, as well, you can easily ONLY use the Cables that are required - hence also possibly improving Air-Flow??
