How to install new cooling bracket for cpu

Own new xps special edition box (the white one) Trying to install noctua nh-u9s bracket to support the air cooler, but I cannot figure the best way to do this. The best way to get behind the mother board for one, and then drill out the necessary holes to fit the new bracket??? Not a computer dude at all, but need to cool down this cpu. Thanks!
