Linus Tech Tips reviews Dell Tech Support - 1 unseated RAM stick, 35 minutes, no resolution
"Linus Tech Tips" is running a 3-episode series focusing on the value of sub-$1500 PCs.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ViO0ETvfEc&feature=youtu.be&t=76
In this 2nd episode, they challenge Dell's tech support to troubleshoot & resolve a simple issue: An unseated stick of RAM in a newly-shipped PC.
Dell's support takes roughly 35 minutes to conclude that the motherboard is faulty and the PC needs to be returned for service, despite obvious indications that there has been a RAM failure, as well as the LTT team member even going so far as to ask whether something inside the PC might just need to be reconnected.
Oof, Dell. Oof.

Sounds just like Dell tech support. They really need some training someone needs to send this out to the corporate office.

I still rather enjoyed that @DELL-Chris M made it into the video (roughly at 7:21), because he actually provided a solution that could easily be found via Google.
Hopefully his sudden celebrity status doesn't result in an inundation of mentions/requests, when it should instead result in a substantial raise.

That is also why allot of scams come out of India they are trying to feed their family. It is so sad and also as for the quota that is why certain times of the month or even the year the cops in the US are stopping people for little things like signal light they will right a ticket first time sometimes.

Unfortunately the race to the bottom using scripted robots in india that have zero actual tech knowledge to replace competent field service engineers is how we get there. I feel sorry for them.
These unfortunate souls are just trying to make a dollar a day so they can eat. They will drag you on because they have a quota system and a manager that's no better than the slave overseer from The Ten Commandments (1956) Charleston Heston as moses
