It could mean your hard drive is failing or about to fail. Run the hard drive diagnostics.

Backup the drive and make copies of all your personal files asap.

Could it be that your cd/dvd or another drive is connected to port 0 and it is the first boot device?

Did the test and found the following fail:

ST31000528AS SMART Status Test  Failed
ST31000528AS Linear Read Test  Failed
ST31000528AS SMART Short Self Test  Failed
ST31000528AS SMART Thresholds Test  Failed
ST31000528AS SMART Thresholds Test  Failed

Test results indicate hard drive failure as Mary G mentioned. Backup your data and replace your hard drive.
