SupportAssist keeps saying BIOS needs update

I recently updated my system BIOS on my XPS 8930 from the previous 1.1.7 version to 1.1.8. According to the System Information, it is at 1.1.8. However, when I run SupportAssist, it tells me that I need to upgrade the BIOS to 1.1.8. Why is this happening? I noticed this problem on some other components before when I ran Dell Update and updated those components with that application. Then later when I ran SupportAssist, it told me I had to update those components. Does SA not "talk" with Dell Update or is not scanning the system to be aware that they've already been updated? Thanks for any comments or ideas.

My solution was to just uninstall Support-ASSist .

If you wish to continue using Support-ASSist ... looks like it has its own dedicated troubleshooting sub-forum.
