I followed you r link and read the entire article. It is very precise, easy enough to follow and provides a lot of good information. I think I am going to do this at some point before i have to install windows 11. I will save all of my valuable items, files, etc on USB sticks or another hard drive, then wipe out everything and install a clean Windows 11 install. You wrote a great procedure to follow to accomplish this "start new without Dell programs" install.
Thank you for an informative and well written guide. While I am at it, a thank you to all the contributors on this forum. I have learned so much about my XPS 8950 and PCs in general.
