There has to be a number after "XPS"...
This is an XPS 8700. The AS501 soundbar is connected to an unidentified monitor. We cannot know which driver the Microsoft store technician installed. But the Dell OEM Windows 7 Realtek ALC3861 driver is here.DELL-ChrisM
