Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool Update and wireless Keyboard KM714

Thought I would post in case someone else is having the same problem.  After spending several hours trying to determine why the CAPS LOCK key did not make any sound, I restored my system to before the last Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool  update.  Sound is back.

So the keylogger malware re installed with the rollback.
Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool

(MSRT) helps keep Windows computers free from prevalent malware. MSRT finds and removes threats and reverses the changes made by these threats. MSRT is generally released monthly as part of Windows Update or as a standalone tool available here for download.

@speedstep I am not sure what you are saying. @ridgerunner51 states that his problem (no Caps Lock sound)  went away when he rolled back to before Windows Malicious Software Toot update occurred. You speculated that the keylogger reinstalled with the rollback, so are you saying the keylogger restored the sound?

My interpretation of what the poster was saying is that the Windows Malicious Software Tool update was causing his problem.
