The LED on the motherboard is on showing that it is getting power from the PSU (power supply unit).

* Turn the XPS 630 off
* Disconnect its power cable
* Disconnect the monitor from the other video card
* Open the case
* Remove any added hardware (memory, video card)
* Reinstall the original Dell memory and video card
* Connect the monitor to the video card
* Turn the monitor on, then the XPS 630
- What color is the XPS 630 power button?
- Are there any beep codes?

What specific video card did you add?
What specific memory did you add?

Are you saying that you cannot remove the added video card and memory and reinstall our original hardware to see if the system will POST?

* Test the two Crucial sticks in the white memory module connectors (DIMM0 and DIMM1)
* Attempt to power on. What happens?
