XPS 8500 DVD won't eject

Question

I used imgburn to burn a dual layer DVD on my xps 8500 system.  It appeared to burn the dvd but would not verify it (Device not ready or waiting for process to finish).  I have tried to eject via explorer and other software (says to insert DVD).  DVD door button will not open drive.  I see not small eject 'hole' to use for manual eject.  How can I get the disk out of my pc.  Thanks

I was able to open the case on my desktop, remove the front and eject the disk with a paper clip. Thanks to those that responded.

doing a full power dead reset would have worked. even in bios the eject button real works.

next time use imgburn and set the verify bit there, and if it fails to reach verify phase, at the end, bingo failed hard.

then the dvd-r is no good (disk)
the drive bad
the drive is not certified for double layers.
or the drive has dusty optics inside, no age of drive stated.

but sure the paper clips works and is covered in the manual.
