XPS 8700 Gets a little hot for my tastes

I have a good old XPS 8700 with a I7-4770 (GPU is not the stock GT 635 anymore, I now have a Radeon RX 470 in it.) and it gets up to 244 at max at idle, thats just too hot, Is there any way to control the fans so it does not overheat while gaming? (I dont want it to overheat, I think thats causing the two BSODs that happened today while playing VR while doing something else also) (and dont be like "THIS PC DOES NOT SUPPORT VR" Shut it, I upgraded it with the RX 470.)

No, the 2013 XPS 8700 does not give you system fan controls, it is automatic. Given the age of the system, perhaps it is time to disassemble the CPU and heatsink. Clean and reapply thermal past. Then blow all of the dust out of the chassis. Also consider replacing our OEM fans or adding additional 3rd party fans to push more hot air out of the rear of the chassis. Watch this video.

Thanks so much, Taking the fact that I have a custom GPU, that might be doing it too, That GPU I put in even barely fits in there.
