@ZacThomas18 It would probably help to know the model information of your monitors and that of your graphics card.

Have you tried redownloading your drivers for the intel graphics?

I would imagine the Intel drivers are the issue as they should be in charge of managing the monitors.

I would try a simple reinstall of the Intel graphics and see if that helps then go through the settings before reinstalling the Nvidia drivers.

Your other option would be to download DDU and run it to delete all drivers and reinstall Intel first then Nvidia drivers for the GTX 745, I would try a simple reinstall of the Intel graphics and see if that helps then go through the settings before reinstalling the Nvidia drivers.

@ZacThomas18  - Two questions:

  1. Did you look in BIOS setup to see if there's an Intel Multi-Display (aka: Intel Multi-Monitor) option? (The online XPS 8900 docs don't list BIOS options.) If that option is offered, it must be enabled (disabled by default) in order to use an onboard Intel HD Graphics port when an add-in video card is installed.  And at least one monitor has to be connected to the add-in video card before you enable and use an onboard port.
  2. Why not just connect both monitors to the onboard video card? You might need an adapter (eg, DP(video card)>HDMI(monitor) if your second monitor doesn't natively support any of the available ports on the video card.

Remove the other card,  Download the The Intel® Driver & Support Assistant.

XPS 8900   Intel Core i5-6400 processor,

Unfortunately there is a problem with bios and drivers and possibly malware.

Intel Multi display may need to be disabled or enabled.

Reinstall clean for windows and letting windows find those drivers will resolve this,

8900 integrated gpu has hdmi + display port from Intel HDgraphics 530. It is already capable of supporting dual monitor. You do not need the discrete GTX 745 which is an old card.  Try uninstall the video card, then do a fresh clean install of Windows 10.  This will give you a clean slate if much user software tweaking has been done already.
