XPS 8900, system restore, startup issues

I was doing a system restore, after about 3 hours as it was taking to long I turned the PC OFF.

Now when it boots, it starts with 'Automatic Repair' then I get a black screen with a mouse cursor. I left it for an hour

I used Windows 10 USB Media creation tool. When I boot it - I get a Purple screen with a mouse cursor and no options.

Even tried pressing F8 at start-up and it goes into automatic repair then black screen with cursor.

I have reset the BIOS also.

If anyone can help? This is stressing me out!

Thanks

try do a fresh clean install of Win 10 from bootable USB media (created by MS media creation tool) if you are willing to accept that all old data will be wiped and lost.

The problem is I get a purple screen with mouse cursor. That's it!!

There are no options to install / repair - nothing!
