XPS 8910, Windows 10, Graphics issues

Has anyone experienced graphic issues? I have 2 different monitors on my XPS 8910 computer. The graphics cards came with the computer. One is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti and the other is an Intel HD Graphics 530. I started having issues about 8-10 months ago and can't figure out how to fix it. All the drivers are up to date on both graphic cards. When I am in certain programs, the redraw/refresh moves the screen and/or disappears. If I minimize the window it clears up for a few minutes. If I put my mouse over the affected area it kind of clears up too. It mostly happens in CorelDraw, PhotoShop, Outlook. I've adjusted the GPU for these programs but it didn't work.

* What specific monitor models?
* Using which ports and cabling, how are the two monitors attached to the XPS 8910?

Asus MX279 attached to the NVIDIA card with HDMI ... Samsung attached to the Intel card with HDMI. I've had the computer for about 2 years and did not have any issues until approx 8 months ago ... I'm thinking it was a windows update.

I suggest you run both monitors from the same video card (and leave the other video card unused).

I agree you should use the GTX 750 Ti for both monitors. The other video card is not actually a discrete video card but integrated graphics in the processor. The integrated graphics should be automatically disabled with the GTX 750 Ti installed. I have an XPS 8910 with the GTX 750 Ti running 3 monitors with no problems. The NVDIA driver I am using is from Dell, version 23.21.13.8813. I am running Windows 10, version 1803 (OS Build 17134.228).

Agreed. Running both monitors off of the discrete GTX 750 Ti is best.

Dell OEM GTX 750 Ti video out ports =
DVI-I/DP1.2/HDMI

List all of the video in ports on both monitors =
Asus MX279
Samsung

I've been running both monitors on the GTX 750 card for a few weeks now and the problem is not solved. I have the Dell version 23.21.13.9065 of the driver installed. Any other suggestions?

In my XPS 8910 the 750Ti driver is version 23.21.13.8813 dated 10/27/2017. So here is why I did not install 23.21.13.9065. I saw when the .9065 driver was posted around June 2018, but I did not install it because this driver is not listed at dell.com/support when my Service Tag is enter; it is only found by searching drivers for the XPS 8910. Also when viewing full driver details, "Applies to" does not list the nVIDIA GeForce 750 Ti.

If you go to dell.com/support today and search for drivers for the XPS 8910 you will find nVIDIA graphics driver 23.21.13.9125 but if you look at "Applies to" you will also see that the 750 Ti is not listed.

I don't know if this is the cause of your problem but I am pretty sure 23.21.13.9065 does not apply to the 750 Ti.

On my system, NVIDIA Control Panel / Help / System Information lists the driver version as 388.13.  Hope this helps.

I suggest you clean-install the driver that @Vic384 suggests.

Also, if the Intel video card is still showing in Device Manager ... you could try Disabling it.
