XPS 8910, replace ODD bay with USB Type-C ports
As I never used my ODD DVD drive anyway, I was considering replacing it with something more useful. Since the XPS 8910 only has 1 USB Type-C on the back, I thought it would be interesting to install a few on the front. Would this be possible? Thanks for your help!

You probably could. The Drive is a general laptop style DVD burner with a semi custom face plate. If you can find a type C hub for the front that will fit go ahead. My only concern is plugging it into the computer motherboard. I believe they do make pcie cards that have headers you can use to wire it all up but you would have to find them.
