XPS 8920, Windows 10, WiFi driver version?
Where can I find the version of Intel-3165-7265-8260-8265-Wi-Fi-Driver that is installed on my computer?
Thanks,
Jerry

To find what version of the WiFi driver on your computer, go to Control Panel / Hardware and Sound and click on Device Manager (under Devices and Printers), in Device Manager click on and expand Network adapter, then click on the WiFi adapter (i.e. Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3145 or whatever your adapter is), Then click on the Driver tab. You should see the driver version listed next to Driver Version. If you have the latest version it should list it as 20.10.1.1190.

This package contains the driver for Intel 3165, 7265, 8260 and 8265 wireless cards. Wireless driver is the software that helps your operating system to communicate effectively with wireless devices such as wireless cards and network adapters. The package is supported on Dell Inspiron, Vostro, XPS, and Alienware systems that run Windows 7 (64-bit), Windows 8.1 (64-bit) and Windows 10 (64-bit) operating systems. This package addresses Intel security advisory vulnerabilities.

Thanks for the two replies.
I had seen the links that were supplied. This is how I understand the information. The Wi-Fi driver listed in the driver listings does list information about the latest version for that driver.
What I am trying to determine is what is the version of the Wi-Fi driver I currently have installed on my computer.
Thanks,
Jerry

Thanks for the reply Vic. Perhaps you can answer another question. I have another Wi-Fi issue and want to include a screenshot in my post. When I select the screenshot and click on Upload nothing seems to happen.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jerry

Thanks Vic for the reply. I did your steps, but still can't see my screenshots in my post. So, I have no idea if they got posted.
Before I got your post, I started a new post on this question called "Posting Screenshots in a Post – How to do?"
So, if you have other ideas, please post them at the new post, or this post if you desire.

To post a screenshot for example to this post, I would click Reply, write my message, then click on Photos. A window appears that says Drag photos here or Choose Files. You may see the photos in your post but others will have to wait until they are approved. If that is what you are doing I do not know why it should not work.

Jerry8A,
I do not see any images by you awaiting approval? Did you see my reply to your post here?
