Do you only have Intel UHD Graphics or do you also have an add-in video card?
What's giving you the notice about a new UHD 630 driver, Dell Update/SupportAssist or Intel's own Driver & Support Assistant? You could always disable/uninstall whichever app is giving you that notice.
Where are you downloading the "new" driver? The last one offered for XPS 8930 on Dell's site is 27.20.100.9664, A06.
That said, I have Intel UHD 630 Graphics v31.0.101.2114 driver on my XPS 8930 (Win 10 22H2), which was installed 12-13-22.
Running Win 11 Pro Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621 with all updates. and have NVIDEA GeForce RTX 2070 video adapter. The update notices are coming from Intel Driver & Support Assistant.
Oddly, I just ran Intel Driver & Support Assistant again and this time the warning didn't show up that I was installing an older version. It installed driver version 31.0.101.2115 dated 11/16/2022 with a release date of 12/29/22. I've run this at least a half dozen times earlier this year with no success. Now both the Dell Update and Intel site say I'm up to date.
Maybe that will stop the notices. Another aggravating mystery of life and computers.
Just disable/uninstall all those software nags before they drive you crazy.
The Intel video driver probably isn't even being used since you have an NVidia card as your primary display card. I saw v.2115 listed on Intel's site when I checked before making my previous post. Didn't bother installing it since I have v.2114 and also use add-in NVidia card as primary display.

I've seen the exact same thing for the last year or so, I just ignore it.
