XPS 8930 browser/internet issues
My XPS 8930 only 1 year old and it started acting up since December 2018. (My 2011 XPS laptop survived 9 years)
Until now I am giving up on using this PC since the problems with browser and internet issues:
-Google chrome keep showing Aw snap every few minutes
-Failed to download file from internet (happened randomly)
-Happened with all browser
-Other devices in the same network are working fine
I am using Technical support from Dell since Jul 11 and several technicians are doing the same things over and over but the problem still persists.
Reinstalled the OS using Dell media usb but no helps.
Checked hardware problem in Bios, support assist software ( no errors)
Please advise.
Thank you

Do you have other Windows computers at this residence that work fine on this router ?
Are you using a new CAT-5e (or better) cable ... connected directly to router? (with WiFi disconnected obviously).
If both answers are Yes (and still problems)
- What wired-ethernet card to you have ?
- Does Windows-10 say you have the latest driver ?

Guys, I tried all of the solutions you guys mention above.
1. Clean install windows, updated windows
2. Ethernet cable Cat5e/Cat5, 100 feet
3.Used malwarebytes
4. I am using my other windows laptop normally on this network, including mac, phone etc..
I just sent in my PC to Dell, they changed the processor. Problem fixed
This is ridiculous lol

If you're talking about installing the 32-bit version of Chrome instead of the 64-bit version, that's what I suggested on 8-19-19...

It only takes seconds visiting the wrong site to get malware.
This is not a Dell support issue.
Since this is showing up in Firefox 67 and Chrome I suspect its bad actors trying various exploits to break Spectre and Meltdown buffer overflows. I do not have proof of this its just a theory. Microcode wars are just beginning.

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/security/advisories/mfsa2019-22/#CVE-2019-9811
I would recommend Firefox ESR 60.9.0

"Aw, Snap!" page crashes and other page loading errors
If you're getting the "Aw, Snap" error or another error code instead of a webpage, Chrome is having problems loading. You might also see the page loading slowly or not opening at all. This is CHROME specific not ALL browsers.
https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95669?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
Reload the page
Usually, you can reload the page to fix the error.
At the top left, click Reload Reload.
If that didn't work...
Step 1: Check your internet connection
Make sure your computer's connected to Wi-Fi or a wired network.
Try reloading the tab with the error.
Step 2: Clear your cache
Chrome might have information stored that's stopping the page from loading.
Open the page in an Incognito window
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More More and then New Incognito window.
In the Incognito window, try opening the page. If it opens, clear your cache and cookies.
Clear your cache and cookies
At the top right, click More More and then More tools and then Clear browsing data.
Next to "Time range," select All time.
Select Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data. Deselect the other types of data.
Click Clear data.
Try reloading the tab with the error.
Step 3: Close other tabs, extensions, & apps
Your device may have run out of memory, and can't load the site while also running your apps, extensions, and programs.
Free up memory:
Close every tab except for the one that’s showing the error message.
Quit other apps or programs that are running, and pause any app or file downloads.
Uninstall unnecessary extensions from Chrome. At the top right, click More More and then More tools and then Extensions. On extensions you don't use, click Remove.
Try reloading the tab with the error.
Still not working?
Step 4: Restart your computer
Step 5: Update Chrome
Step 6: Check for unwanted software
Get extra help
If other sites open normally but one site is crashing, that site might be causing the problem:
If you try to reload the site and it doesn't open, let us know by clicking Send feedback.
Turn on automatic error reporting to help us solve page crashes faster, or report the issue to Chrome.
Contact the site owner to report the problem.

All other Browsers are not the same and Microsoft has thrown in the towel.
Next Browser from Microsoft will not support flash and will be Chrome Based.
https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2018/12/06/microsoft-edge-making-the-web-better-through-more-open-source-collaboration/
Firefox ESR (Extended Support Release), will continue allowing Flash content until the end of 2020.
Apple's resistance to allowing Flash on the iPhone a decade ago gave momentum to HTML5 usage, and Adobe dropped support for Flash on Android in 2012.
Thats what 64 bit only, WIN10 only secure boot only class 3 with no csm is about.
Microsoft Edge + OSS: a new emphasis for Microsoft
Over the next year or so, we’ll be making a technology change that happens “under the hood” for Microsoft Edge, gradually over time, and developed in the open so those of you who are interested can follow along. The key aspects of this evolution in direction are:
1. We will move to a Chromium-compatible web platform for Microsoft Edge on the desktop. Our intent is to align the Microsoft Edge web platform simultaneously (a) with web standards and (b) with other Chromium-based browsers. This will deliver improved compatibility for everyone and create a simpler test-matrix for web developers.
2. Microsoft Edge will now be delivered and updated for all supported versions of Windows and on a more frequent cadence. We also expect this work to enable us to bring Microsoft Edge to other platforms like macOS. Improving the web-platform experience for both end users and developers requires that the web platform and the browser be consistently available to as many devices as possible. To accomplish this, we will evolve the browser code more broadly, so that our distribution model offers an updated Microsoft Edge experience + platform across all supported versions of Windows, while still maintaining the benefits of the browser’s close integration with Windows.
3. We will contribute web platform enhancements to make Chromium-based browsers better on Windows devices. Our philosophy of greater participation in Chromium open source will embrace contribution of beneficial new tech, consistent with some of the work we described above. We recognize that making the web better on Windows is good for our customers, partners and our business – and we intend to actively contribute to that end.
