XPS 8930, memory installation

Question

I’m trying to upgrade my Dell pc to 64Gb of Ram however I’ve waited 3 days and it still isn’t finished loading?

Normally, how long does it take to load?

I just double checked that the memory sticks were loaded correctly. Not sure what else could be wrong? I made sure it was memory for the pc I’m using.

3 days would definitely indicate a problem of some sort. The system should boot immediately unless you have RAM compatibility problems. The memory configuration chart can be found here. It should be DDR4 and depending on your CPU either 2400 or 2666 RAM. So what are the specs such as type RAM, make, and speed of the RAM you installed?
