XPS 8930, not detecting audio jack connection, #4
I have this same issue. It is intermittent but when it occurs it appears that Windows doesn't think my speakers are plugged into the jack in the back, even though they are.

I have this same issue. It is intermittent but when it occurs it appears that Windows doesn't think my speakers are plugged into the jack in the back, even though they are.

Which version of Windows 10 do you have and how longer was it installed? I wonder if this prevalent issue that a few of users reported is occurring with clean install of Win 10 latest edition.
