XPS 8930, problem after some upgrade(BIOS)
After running the upgrade, I was asked by Dell, my computer stopped working. The start button blinked orange 3 plus 6 times. After repeated attempts to start the computer in "safe mode" or "bios mode", nothing happened. The Dell logo does not appear at all.

That series of blink codes indicates a system board failure as seen on this chart. That chart also suggests this Dell support site. Try clearing the CMOS settings by following the procedure in the support page here. Also have a look at the BIOS Recovery page here.
