XPS 8930 stopped detecting AMD graphics card

Hi, 

I have an XPS 8930 that I purchased in March 2019 with an AMD Radeon RX 570 graphics card. Yesterday, I was playing a game with the card working just fine. Later I rebooted my machine and suddenly my game was not using the card and was instead using the integrated graphics. I searched for the AMD card in device manager and it was not showing. I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled the newest driver from AMD for my card. When I did I received an error message that it could not detect any AMD card on my system. I then updated the BIOS using Dell support site. Still no dice. I am out of ideas. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks in advance.

try unplugging the graphics card . . . and plugging it back in again (translated from Hindi)

Since you purchased this PC in March'19, you should contact Dell Tech Support for warranty assistance asap.

Note:If this is a software issue, it's not covered. Only the hardware is covered by warranty at this point...
