XPS 8930, Intel NIC on PCIe x4, RAM degraded to half
When I installed a new Intel NIC on PCIe x4 slot, my RAM gets degraded to half of what I have installed. I move RAM to different slots of try new RAM and still half of whats installed. Once I remove NIC from PCIe x4, RAM goes back to full amount. What gives? Any workarounds?

First, why did you install a PCIe x4 NIC? The XPS 8930 has a NIC on the motherboard.
Second, did you disable the onboard NIC in Device Manager?
