try remove the fan and find an exact replacement.

Where, or how do I find an exact replacement?

When you remove the fan look at the back side for model number then use that for keyword search.
If I have to guess, this might be the fan model number: PLA08015B12HH
(power logic fan), or this one (firstD fan) model number 85mm FDC10H12S9-C
