XPS One 2010, WK838 TV Input Device setup help
I have a Dell XPS One 2010 running Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I recently purchased the TV Input device, WK838. I'm wondering if anybody has successfully setup the WK838. I've plugged it in but I'm having trouble using it. I've looked at this post put the link to the setup guide seems to be deprecated.
I'm hoping that someone in the Dell Community has done this before and remembers how to do it.
Any assistence would be greatly appreciated. I know the 2010 is now a legacy device but it was free and the input device was cheap so I'd like to be able to get it to work.

I'm not sure what that is.
If you just want to watch TV on the computer, I suggest a USB-based ATSC-Tuner ... maybe by someone like Hauppauge.

Those devices are obsolete now that tv is available online. If you have cable tv download the cable company's tv app and you can view any subscribed channel on your computer.

The on-board tv tuner card is made by avermedia and is not the issue in question. I am not trying to get a tv signal from an old co-axial cable. I am trying to use the tv input device, dpn: 0WK838 that came with the xps one (A2010). It also connects to the back of the A2010 via a connection that looks similar to S-Video but has more pins. On the tv input device there are inputs for S-Video and Composite. If I picture is needed I do apologize for neglecting that in my previous post.

I am trying to connect a source to the s-video port on that breakout board pictured in the above post. Not the co-axial port.

What are the hardware ID's in device manager?
