XPS One 2720, install a GPU?

Can I insert a GPU in my XPS 2720 to improve gaming?

No.  The All in ones are basically laptop type motherboards and no provisions for PCIe add in cards.

Maybe you could explain what point you are making with the above statement.  Do you want to add an external GPU or run another system from the 2720 HDMI out port?

The system has two GPUs.  On in the processor and an Nvidia dGPU soldered to the back of the motherboard.  Replacing the Nvidia GPU is not really an option.
