XPS Tower Special Edition Hard Drive Question

Looking to buy an XPS Tower Special Edition - but I have drive questions.  Chatting and telephone queries were so incoherent that I decided to go else where but decided to try here.

This is listed under tech specs:

Slots
Up to 4 total 3 HDD/1 SSD; ODD

I know this machine comes with 1 hard drive and one SSD.  Does this mean that only 1 SSD can be put in it?

I would want to remove the hard drive and put 3 more SSD in two sets of RAID 0 with the first set partitioned as drive C & E and the second set as drive D.

Is this possible with this machine?
