9370 USB C and HDMI issues
EDIT: The HDMI port on the TV was faulty. I don't see any option to delete posts hence the edit.
Over the past few months my TV connection (USB C to HDMI) would drop every few minutes. I thought it was a faulty cable so I bought a new one (why are these so hard to find by the way, thought there would be more USB C to HDMI cables by now) but when I use this one it repeatedly connects and disconnects. I can see my laptop desktop on the TV then it goes and comes back, continuously playing the screen connect disconnect beeps. I tried all three ports.
Is this an issue with the laptop?
My new cable says it supports up to 4K at 60hz.

The display adapter is the Intel Graphics 620. When I check Modes List I can see 60hz is selected but then on the Advanced Display Settings summary it shows 59Hz.
When I plug in the cable this changes to 60Hz.
Is this a graphics card thing, is it actually only able to run at 59Hz and when the cable forces it to use 60 is says no?
