Able to upgrade Dell 9570 Graphic Card

Hi,

I am very familiar with RAM/SSD laptop upgrades but, I have never attempted a graphics card. Would I be able to upgrade my Nvidia 1050 TI w/ MAX-Q to a new graphics card such as the GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5?
