Hello, I have been in contact with Advanced Resolution Team to repair a defective headset, but they refused and instead offered me a 15-year-old headset that is no longer manufactured by Dell or available for purchase on their website. Due to its obsolescence, it is no longer supported. When I requested to talk with a supervisor, the individual I gives me the runaround, stating that he is the only supervisor available and that he makes the ultimate decision. I have lost faith in Dell and will therefore boycott their products. As a long-standing Dell customer for over two decades with several products, I should not be treated in this humiliating manner to the extent that I was screamed at during the phone call. I require assistance. Can a supervisor contact me immediately to discuss and address this issue? Customer who is really dissatisfied.
