Did you just update to Win 11 22H2?
Which driver did you update? Can you roll back to the previous driver version in Device Manager and restore full function?
Others have reported a similar codec issue with Waves after updating to Win 11 22H2, and Dell is aware...

What "security packs" were installed?
Have you tried doing a System Restore using last Restore point before the problem started?
What version of Realtek audio driver do you have? Latest for this PC model is v6.0.9418.1, A20.
What version of Waves do you have? Latest for this PC model is v4.0.19.0, A01.

I'm confused... you say you installed it but the site keeps telling you to install it. Your picture says "No updates found, system has most recent updates"
If you successfully installed the update(s) manually, Dell's site will still offer it to you. It only knows what's available for your Service Tag. It doesn't know you installed it. Check the driver version number listed in Device Manager
If you want Dell to keep track of updates, you need to use Dell Update/SupportAssist, rather than updating manually. And there are times when SupportAssist offers the same driver it had previously installed.
And if it's an app like Waves, find the Waves .exe file on your drive, right-click and select Properties. You should be able to find the exact version number on one of the Properties tabs. Compare that with the version number currently available on the support page.
NOTE: I deleted the link from your post because the page that opens shows your Service Tag.
