Always mention your model's exact name and number when posting a question.

Did you install the bios update separately? That should be done without any other updates. 

Hi, sorry, first time using the forums - I’ve never had a problem with a Dell product before. 

I have the XPS 13 9360.

In addition to the BIOS I had 2 updates:

Intel Chipset Device Software Driver

Intel HD 620 & Iris Graphics

I did the Intel updates first and then the BIOS.

I arrived here looking for an answer for the same issue with the same BIOS update and laptop model.  BIOS 2.8.1 and Dell XPS 13 9360.  

same here. Using XPS13 9365

My Google Chrome either can't connect or has weird display issue after this update.

Hope they can fix it soon!!

Sorry, actually my update is BIOS 1.5.0

I’m sorry to hear you’re having troubles too but I’m glad I’m not alone in this! I‘ve not seen anything new from Dell on this - most frustrating!
