XPS 13 L321x, BIOS password unlock key?

Upon reboot, get prompt for "Password/Unlock Key."  There is also an "Unlock Key Hint Number" that changes every time I reboot the computer.  Advice on how to determine the unlock key?  Dell XPS 13 -L321x.  Original problem was a "Sec Code Not Found" error (I think due to SecureDoc encryption software on the computer), but I can longer get to that message or any of the setup menus upon reboot.  Advice?

There's only one way: call Dell support and verify your ownership of the system.

thanks for your reply, but the last time this had happened a moderator asked me to PM him the hint number and sent me the unlock key.

My guess is that it changes with each hint that changes after 3 fails

Second thing I tried was the old one sent. First being the password I thought it was.

Did you try to use the old key provided to you.
Also did you lock the bios with a password?
