BIOS problem with screen save and restoration

Dear all

I'm working in two places (home and Office) which have exactly the same hardware . The hardware includes: DELL XPS 15 9520  WIN11 , docking station WD19TB, extended screen U3419w. When I put the computer into hibernate mode and move from office to home (or vice versa), the windows that were opened in the extended screen don't return to what it was. All the opened windows  collapsed to the Laptop screen.  I would like to mention that if I put the Laptop into hibernate and turn it on in the same place (Home or office), it works properly, the opened windows return to what it was. In my previous DELL and WIN 10 and the same hardware it was working properly.
