1. Has your battery deteriorated or not?
2. Is the Windows OS optimized for using as little battery as possible?
3. Check the battery performance under heavy load on the battery?

CPUID claims a wear level of 22%
Changing power mode to battery saver gives me almost no extra estimated remaining battery life.
