Best working SSD solution for XPS 15 9570?

Hi, i will upgrade my 256 GB SSD in my 9570 from 256 GB to 512 GB or 1 TB. What SSD should i choose? Is the Evo 970 Plus the only right solution? I´m a little in fear about the heat sink of the WD 750 Pro modell. What SSD is the best solution for this laptop. What have you choosen?
