Block Windows 11 Upgrade from Windows 10

Question

I want to keep windows 10 on my XPS 17 but Microsoft is pushing the undesired upgrade to Windows 11.  At the same time I do want to continue to receive Windows 10 ordinary updates and patches.  Has anyone done this successfully?  I'm curious to hear from fellow users.
