Bluetooth disappeared after last update of windows 10.
windows 10 and Dell updates have been done.
Dell system assist has been run twice.
in Device manager there is no bluetooth and consequently there is no Bluetooth toggle switch under bluetooth settings.
I have only a wireless mouse connected to the XPS15
can someone help?
Could not find a solution on internet.
warranty has expired so no support

Exactly which XP 15 is this? Is this a laptop or Two-In-One?
Power off, disconnect the charger, and remove the main battery, if it's removable. Press/hold power button for ~30 sec. Then reinstall the battery and boot.
Open Device Manager and click View>Show hidden devices on the toolbar. If there are any "Unknown" devices listed anywhere in Device Manager, right-click and Uninstall all of them. Then click Action>Scan for new hardware on the toolbar in Device Manager.
See if Windows recognizes and installs Bluetooth again.

Thanks for the info I cannot remove the battery from my XPS.
After searching the net, I found a solution which seems to work. In Bios I “unchecked” Bluetooth switch.
Bluetooth is now back in the control center and the mouse is working.
No clue what happened. All I know other users seem to have experienced the same issue.
Thanks again for your support.
