Boot option restoration loop

My new Inspiron 5402 

Got stuck in boot option restoration loop after setting the BIOS settings to default. Please help me out . I'm worried of my new laptop.

I did this following steps

I selected load defaults option from BIOS. And then selected BIOS settings. It asked for restart. I clicked OK

From then I can't get to my windows.

With a blue screen appears. It is infinite loop
