CPU Leistung max 25 %
XPS 13 9365 2in1

Yes Known issue with XPS
You will have to disconnect power cable, open back panel .
Disconnect battery cable from the motherboard. No need to remove the battery completely just disconnect the cable.
Once battery disconnected, please press and hold power button for 30 seconds to release the static charge. Now connect the battery again and power it on, it should be fixed.
If it's still not working last option is to Perform a BIOS Recovery

Open task manager > performance
What is the Clock Speed ? It should be well above 2-3 Ghz
If it's not.
1. Perform an RTC RESET : Remove power cable and hold the powerbutton down for 30 seconds
connect power cable again and power it on
2. RESET BIOS to default

Thanks XPS_Man.
its the Problem. The Speed is 0,39 GHz. It is a litle bit to small.
The reset from the Bios has´nt help. I'm still looking for the solution.

Hallo XPS- Man,
the disconnecting from the Akku brought the solutions.
the computer runs perfectly again. I ordered a new battery, then it goes mobile again.
Thanks for the tip.
