Cursor jumping all over the screen. Worse when watching/editing video XPS 15. 9570

Hi all.

Had this XPS 15 9570 4k touch screen (Windows 10) for approx 1.5 yrs I originally purchased this a week before I had to fly out overseas for a job on a remote island where I still am. If I wasn't flying I would have sent it straight back for a refund. From the beginning the cursor would bounce everywhere when typing. I eventually fixed this. But in the last few months the cursor is erratically jumping around the screen so bad it has made video watching and editing impossible. It is distinctly worse with video. Photo editing is generally OK.

I have done everything from updating to full reinstall's the lot. No use. I am hopefully back in the UK to get this resolved in October when flights have resumed. 

Such a sexy screen on this laptop but what a waste of money for the problems its had since new.  Anyone else have the same problem?
