DELL G5 5587 32gb Issue
Hi, I bought my laptop one year ago and I customized it with 2 banks of 8GB ram, but know, I have to upgrade the memory ram size, that's why I bought another Samsung 32GB memory ram, also, I checked that the new 32 GB runs at 2666 MHz, but whenever I will install it, the laptop does not turn it on, I tried using one 8gb bank + 32 gb, also I tried just one 32gb with the same results,
any idea or suggestion?

yes, I have returned the memory ram module and i will buy it 2 16 GB banks, but, the page information has to clarify that max capacity per bank is 16gb.
Slots: 2 (2 banks of 1)
Maximum Memory: 32GB (adding to 16gb banks)
*Not to exceed manufacturer supported memory.
Standard Memory: 8GB or 16GB removable
