DELL XPS 15 9560 keyboard issues

Hello,

I have a DELL XPS 9560. and from 3 days I have an issues with the keyboard. When I press "a" on the screen appears "az". The same problem with "s" -> "sx" "d" -> "dc" "f"-> "fv" "j"-> "jm" "k"-> "k," "l" -> "l." ";"-> ";#" and when i press "enter"-> "enter and #"

I use a UK keyboard. Until now was set on international English layout. I search on the internet and I saw that the issue could be from the layout. I changed in UK layout but I still have the problem.

I use an external keyboard now (via USB) and all it's OK, it works correctly.

This means is not a software problem. I want to check if the connection it's OK, from keyboard to motherboard.

If will be necessary, I will replace the keyboard.

Is it OK if I buy an US international keyboard?

Has anyone ever met this problem? How can I fix it?
